Deborah Paine, Inc. employs a team of 5 full-time professionals with expertise in all areas of design and construction craftsmanship - many of whom have worked with the company for over ten years. Several are Licensed Construction Supervisors. We work closely with the finest and most reputable specialty sub-contractors and consultants throughout the region. We utilize the strengths and diverse talents of each member of the team to assure the attention to detail you deserve.


Deborah Paine, CGP, CAPS, President
It might have been growing up on an island off the coast of Maine that seeded the love Deb has for antique homes, distinctive cottages, and wonderful views. It was there she started renovating and remodeling the treasured landmarks of her childhood. She has more than 30 years experience as a residential home builder. Her vast experience with coastal environments, a hands-on eye for detail, progressive knowledge of a changing industry and commitment to exceptional customer service has established the firm as a Cape Cod leader in fine home building. She started swinging a hammer building forts as a child and spent ten years in the field as a carpenter while building the company. In an effort to stay educated, ahead of the pack and the latest technology advancements, Deborah is professionally designated as a Certified Green Professional and a Certified Aging in Place Specialist.

Amy Wolk, Office Manager
Amy oversees the day to day aspects of the company's financial functions. She has been with Deborah Paine, Inc since 1997. Working with the clients, suppliers, and the field manager she coordinates and tracks the permitting, acquisition of materials, and cost accounting for each project. She oversees all facets of company policy and administrative operations. Amy is a long-time resident of Cape Cod.

Jeanne Brown, Bookkeeper
Jeanne handles personnel, AP, AR and cost accounting for all projects. She is a native Cape Codder and confirms that once the sand is in your shoes it doesn't leave. Jeanne comes from an 11 year banking career but is no stranger to the construction field as she also used to install various hearth products for her sister's company, Rose Forge. She has two beautiful daughters and is committed to her children and her profession, occasionally enjoying the landscapes and beaches of the Cape.
